There's two V-Tech titles to date: Care Bears: A Lesson in Caring for the V.Smile, and Care Bears: Play Day for the V.Smile Baby (cartridges from both machines are not interchangeable). I'm assuming that Play Day appears to have two different labels depending on the market they're sold in, but they're otherwise the same game (Wal-Mart Online shows the Play Day cartridge as having the subtitle Care-A-Lot Park, while the one I won on eBay doesn't have any subtitle at all).

I have Care-a-lot Jamboree at home and play it all the time. It came with a new AiCAL Heartsong Bear. It is a 2001-2005 game, though.
